2. Payment and Fees

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. We accept payment through credit or debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Any additional charges, such as transaction fees, are the responsibility of the student.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your chess course experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at billing@rookaupndroll.com within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, and images, are the property of Rook & Roll and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any other purpose without our written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all students to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards our instructors or other students will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rook & Roll is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participating in our chess courses. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any physical or mental activity.
